About Teresa Yang
Teresa Yang is a Pathwork Helper, teacher, and Human Design analyst, deeply committed to guiding individuals on their journey of self-discovery, transformation, and energetic alignment. As the founder of Pathwork in Taiwan, she has been instrumental in bringing Pathwork teachings to new audiences, creating a space for seekers to explore personal healing and spiritual awakening.
Her work extends beyond Taiwan, as she assisted in the Pathwork Transformation Program in the United States and Japan from 2018 to 2023. With a profound understanding of Pathwork principles, Teresa integrates the wisdom of the 50/50 work and the Third Pole Method—key aspects of Pathwork that emphasize deep inner work, personal responsibility, and the balance between opposites. She blends these teachings with meditation, yoga, and Human Design, creating a holistic approach that nurtures the body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
At the heart of her mission is the desire to support and empower individuals in uncovering their true essence. Teresa believes that self-love is a gateway to a more balanced and fulfilling life. Through her individual sessions, workshops, lecture studies, and Human Design analysis, she helps people dissolve internal barriers, embrace self-acceptance, and align with their soul’s deepest calling.
As part of her commitment to expanding Pathwork’s reach, Teresa is currently translating the Pathwork Lectures into Traditional Chinese. Through this work, she seeks to bridge cultures and make Pathwork’s transformative wisdom more accessible to the wider audience in the world, fostering a deeper understanding of self-responsibility, inner healing, and spiritual growth.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Teresa offers her work in diverse cultural contexts, bringing spiritual wisdom across different communities. She currently resides in the Greater Washington, D.C. area, where she continues to share the power of Pathwork and personal inquiry, inspiring others to Living in Love—with greater awareness, authenticity, and compassion.
